• I am a professional member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

• I set up the business 24 years ago to provide a specialist service for home buyers, sellers and solicitors. 

• I provide a personal, one to one, service that helps you obtain a clear picture of the property you are buying – is it structurally sound and are there other costly repairs.

• I will help you with any difficult decisions, I am happy to discuss matters and guide you forward.

• A detailed easy to read report is provided, with the key repairs and issues prioritised.

• Things are done promptly and on time and you are kept informed. 

• I have inspected many properties over the past 24 years, of all descriptions, very old cottages, thatched cottages, large Victorian period houses, large period houses within their own grounds, old houses from 1950’s to 1970’s and current modern houses and apartments.

• I also inspect commercial properties such as shops, restaurants, hotels and offices.
